Well, we quit smoking are all aware of the effects that smoking can cause, these ranging anywhere from cancer to emphysema. Even though we have been warned time and time again by knowledgeable physicians what these cancer sticks are doing to us, why is it still so hard to quit?
The addiction to the nicotine is obviously the biggest reason it is so hard to give up and equally so… since it shares in the same ranks as heroin and cocaine. Ridding this addiction is most definitely not an simple task, but when you begin factoring in some of the benefits of quitting, it begins to appear a little more simple. Longer life span, improved physical condition, and general quality of life should be the main reasons in jump starting your will power. quit smoking
